IT and Ministry Leader

I need to ask a question of those who are familiar with FellowShip One. Our organization is looking for a person to head up our Fellowship One Implementation and to be our Director of the whole FellowShip One effort. What kinds of skills would be most important for that person to have. In other words if you were looking for someone to fill this need in your organization, what would you look for?
